The Roman Catholic church is not Christian in any sense of the word. Protestants a couple of hundred years ago identified the Roman church as the harlot of the book of Revelation. The Roman Church of today has never repented of the harlotry that she is nor has she sought any kind of forgiveness for the murders of God’s Elect. For that reason I see no reason to afford any kind of acceptance of her sin. She is not now really Christian and she never will be. See what True Discernment has to say about John Hagee’s acceptance of the catholic harlot.

Most of you out there will not like this, but God has condemned the gay lifestyle (homosexual). Those who think God will ignore how they are living are really in for a rude awakening. My pastor uses a very interesting word when talking about whether he is homo phobic or not. I subscribe to his thinking in this. I am not homo phobic, I am sin-a-phobic I do not know if it was origional with him or not. I am more concerned about holding to the Word of God, then what someone tries to twist the scripture into saying. These people who try and wed a sinful lifestyle to being a Christian are kidding themselves if they think the Holy God who is not silent about Who He is will accept them, while they still are living in a sinful relationship.

The effect that men like Rick Warren is having on the church and it’s faithfulness to God’s Word is long reaching. Read what John Baker has to say in his blog appropriately titled: True Discernment indeed many in the church these days lack any kind of spiritual discernment.

The aviator who piloted the B29 (‘Enola Gay’ was nicknamed after his grandmother) dropped the first A–bomb on Hiroshima died today. There are those who will say some terrible things about him. This is written to defend him and is done in just one paragraph. If he had not dropped those bombs my brother would have not made it back alive from WWII. I would have never had the privilege of knowing him and honoring him. The Japanese were not listening to negotiations and had refused to give up. They would have fought until all of them were dead including my brother. Thousands and possibly much, much more would have died, then did in those two cities. The war had to be stopped and that was the only thing that was going to end it quickly. So Thank you, General Paul Tibbets for doing the job your nation sent you to do and my sympathies go to your family in loosing such a great patriot, father and friend. God Bless You

This weblog is linked to my ministry site at http://www.whybaptist.com. Visit my site and read some of my posts there. Tom’s Blog At 60 years old I have a lot to share of some of my ministry experiences over the years. I have seen a lot come and go. I have also seen a lot of people who think they know something, but really know nothing at all. If you find this I hope you are not one of those. If you are I probably will delete any comments you make. I would prefer honest comments and from those who really are looking for an answer. Before you post here please read the post that is currently on the top of my ministry blog. As a side light I am a big fan of the 49ers and out of my element living in Kentucky

I really do not like being called a fundy, so please do not call me by that name. I do not stoop so low to call you a derogatory name so please quit using this term. This site is about being a Fundamentalist Christian and is aimed at correcting some serious miss understandings. For starters if you are a Fundamentalist, then you subscribe to the articles that came out in 1902 not all those who claim to be Fundamentalists adhere to these statements. For example some fundamentalists today use Pre-Trib rapture and Pre-Millennialism as being fundamental doctrines when they’re not, no where in these will you find one on these two doctrines. These were written by some of the best Christian ministers, leaders and Educators that the early 1900’s had. I am adding to the list as I get them transferred (total of 90 Chapters):

Chapter 90 A Personal Testimony
There are 90 chapters and those above are just the first 12 of those chapters. Do not accuse Fundamentalists as being ignorant, because we are far from being so. What passe’s for being a fundamentalist today is not even closely related to what these represent. We do believe in the biblical doctrine of creation and deny that evolution is even a possibility. If you are an evolutionist I am not here to debate you and will promptly turn you off. I know what I believe by this point and have given up arguing with you ignorant people. Thanks
